Management
Justyn Leach
Justyn is a partner and Managing Director at Marcella Management LLP. He has a wide range of experiences in the financial sector and an excellent network throughout the industry, in particular in the private equity space. Some of the previous transactions he was involved in, include the CPS Partners/HG Capital GBP 160m buyout of Manx Telecom from Telefonica and a $450m acquisition of Pepsi bottling plants in the Asian market.
He has a diverse set of experiences, having worked in executive search, placing C-suite candidates and in M&A at Morgan Stanley.
Justyn holds a BA(hons) in Theology from Manchester University and has done a law conversion (LLB) at The College of Law.

Florian Huehne
Florian is a partner and Managing Director at Marcella Management LLP. His focus is on the origination of funding opportunities in the shipping and energy sector.
He has over five years of experience as an energy trader at RWE Supply & Trading. Prior to that he worked at Credit Suisse in their London and Hong Kong offices in structured credit transactions.
Florian holds a BA in Mathematics from the University of California Berkeley, an MSc in Applied and Computational Mathematics and a DPhil in Mathematics from Oxford University.
